  • Preparation & shipping time will take 7-10 days Sometimes, VietnamPost updates the trackings quite late, but the packages are already on their way.

  • This is a raffle sale, participants are not guaranteed to win. You can win up to 02 caps.

  • One entry per person. Winners are randomly selected.

  • The form stays open for 24hrs. Invoices will be sent out shortly after. Please check your INBOX/SPAM folder.

  • Invoice must be fully paid in 24hrs. Unpaid slots will be re-rolled.

  • Failure to pay will be banned from future raffles.

Terms & Conditions

Our keycaps are hand-made. We do our best to make them as finished as possible; but we are a small team of two, and most of the casting process is done by steady hands. The keycap may have minor imperfections that do not affect its functionality. There will be a small color difference due to different lighting, viewing screens,... but we make sure the subjects are 90% close to their real-life counterparts.

The Vietnam Post shipping service is currently affected by the Lunar New Year festive period so the order may take longer to be delivered.
